Northbrook Man Drove Nearly Twice the Limit on Willow Rd.: Cops
A 27-year-old was caught going 75 mph overnight.
NORTHBROOK, IL - Police arrested a Northbrook man on Sunday for excessive speeding.
Ian M. Spafford, 27, of the 2500 block of Waterview was stopped at Willow and Shermer roads at 2:11 a.m. on March 6 and was charged with speeding 35 mph over the posted limit.
Officers observed the defendant’s vehicle travelling westbound on Willow Rd. at a high rate of speed. Radar indicated the vehicle was going 75 mph in a posted 40 mph zone.
