Loving daughter of the late Joseph Frank and Sara Margaret Faems nee Parmer; dear sister of Michael (Nancy) Faems, Beatrice Faems (Robert) Poteracki, Donald (Debbie) Faems, Larry (Holly) Faems, and Ellen Faems (Rich) Levin; fond aunt of 10; great aunt of 6.

Visitation Friday, August 21, 2015, 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass 11:00 a.m. at Misericordia, 6300 North Ridge Avenue, Chicago, IL 60660.

Interment Saint John the Evangelist Cemetery in Enochsburg, IN.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Misericordia.
