Northbrook Patch Honors High School Graduates: Class Of 2020

Let's congratulate our Class of 2020 high school graduates in Northbrook.

NORTHBROOK, IL — Northbrook Patch wants to share the achievements of local high school graduates by putting them in the spotlight over the next few weeks. Due to the coronavirus, in-person instruction has canceled the rest of the 2019-2020 school year in Illinois. We know these wonderful seniors are missing out on some of the last moments of the school year.

We hope that this will give the community a way to share their pride in our Class of 2020 high school graduates. You can find the form here if you'd like to add your graduate. Patch will be updating this form until May 31.

Alicia will attend the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Margo is a Varsity Pommer, Orchesis Dancer, Senior Board member, Relay for Life. She will attend University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Charlie was Student body president, Varsity tennis player, Co-President of Spartan Buddies. He will attend the University of Michigan - Ross School of Business.

Kathryn plays lots of instruments but loves her flute. She also loves playing in the Marching Band, Jazz Band, Pep Band, Glenbrook Symphony Orchestra, Musical Pit, Variety Show Pit, Freshman Band Symphonic Band, not to shadow her singing in the a cappella groups, Fermata & Express, Honor Choir and just for fun when she agrees to sing the National Anthem at some of the GBN games! She will attend North Illinois.

She was one of the Top 20 scholarship winners in the Illinois High School Art Exhibition. She will attend Belmont University, majoring in studio art with a minor in music.

Alex’s passions are for music, math and science. He was a member of the Wind Ensemble and marching band, having performed with the GBN bands for four full years. He was a member of the Glenbrook Symphony Orchestra for the past two year. He also performed with the jazz band and choir during his stay at GBN. Alexander He plans are to attend Illinois Institute of Technology to study chemistry. His goal is become an environmental scientist.
