Northbrook Police Address Non-Emergency Traffic-Related Complaints
A new online platform is designed to handle complaints relating to traffic concerns from residents.

NORTHBROOK, IL — The Northbrook Police Department said it frequently receives phone calls and emails related to traffic concerns, including drivers disobeying stop signs, failing to slow down in school zones and speeding in particular locations.
To address these non-emergency traffic-related complaints, police had set up a new online platform where citizens can report the issues by filling out a traffic complaint form. Police said each complaint will be evaluated and will then decide on the "appropriate manner" to address the concerns.
