Northbrook Resident Earns Degree At Nazareth University

Carthage College

Carthage College, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, celebrated the following Northbrook students for completing their degree requirements in May 2026:

• Gabriella Ethen graduated with a degree in nursing.
• Thomas Van Treeck graduated with a degree in data science.

Nazareth University

Emma Jacobs, of Northbrook, graduated Summa Cum Laude from Nazareth University with a bachelor's degree in chemistry and mathematics.

The university held its 99th commencement ceremony May 16 at the Golisano Training Center on campus in Rochester, New York.

University of Arkansas

Taylor Brocato, of Northbrook, was named to the University of Arkansas Spring 2026 Chancellor's List.

The Chancellor's List is the university's highest semester academic honor for undergraduates. To qualify, students must earn a 4.0 grade-point average for the semester while completing at least 12 credit hours of coursework required for graduation.
