Marisa Helfgot Mandrea has received the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago's Davis, Gidwitz & Glasser Young Leadership Award.

Northbrook local Marisa Helfgot Mandrea has received the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago’s Davis, Gidwitz & Glasser Young Leadership Award.
The honor, presented at the Federation’s Sept. 13 Annual Meeting, is awarded to volunteer leaders age 40 and under who have demonstrated exemplary dedication and made significant contributions to Chicago's Jewish community.
Mandrea has been a member of the Jewish United Fund’s Young Women's Board for eight years and has served as the Vice President of Campaign, Area Development, and Community Outreach and Engagement. She was a participant in the second cohort of the Jewish United Fund's Jewish Leaders Institute, and is a Vice Chairperson of the JCC Chicago Board and JCC Women's Board.
