Northbrook Symphony To Present Season Finale On May 29

The symphony is celebrating its 42nd season and third under Maestro Mina Zikri as music director.

NORTHBROOK, IL —The Northbrook Symphony presents its final concert of the season on Sunday, May 29. The show, under the direction of Music Director Mina Zikri begins at 4 p.m.

Performing the Prokofiev Violin Concerto No. 1 in D major, Op.19 is Maya Anjali Buchanan. The program will also include the Tchaikovsky Symphony No. 5 in E minor, Op.64, according to the Northbrook Symphony.

The concert venue is the Sheely Center for the Performing Arts in Northbrook.
Reduced capacity seating will be in place and the wearing of masks is optional, but strongly recommended.
