On Oct. 18th at Five Seasons Northbrook: 'Dog Days of Fall' Makes a Splash for Young at Heart Pet Rescue
Event this Sunday gives a boost to Palatine-based not-for-profit organization that rescues and finds new homes for senior dogs and cats
In support of an organization dedicated to caring for older dogs and cats, Dog Days of Fall is coming to Five Seasons Family Sports Club on Sunday, Oct. 18th.
Between 3 and 5 p.m., the club at 1300 Techny Road will open its outdoor pool for an end-of-season swim. The $5 admission fee includes hot dogs, soda and dessert, and supports Young at Heart Pet Rescue, a Palatine-based not-for-profit organization that rescues and finds new homes for senior dogs and cats.
Throughout the event, Five Seasons and Northbrook-based Wags on Willow will hold raffles that include a free grooming session at Wags on Willow and a free dog mini-photo session at Framed Write Media.

Five Seasons and its sister club in Burr Ridge are among the region’s only facilities that maintain outdoor pool hours more than a month beyond the traditional Labor Day conclusion of pool season.
Young At Heart Pet Rescue’s mission includes educating the public on the benefits of adopting older pets and their care, and reducing the euthanasia rate for senior pets in Illinois.
