Park District Virtual Programs Start May 4

"Remember to take time to play every day." This is a mantra the Northbrook Park District lives by. With kids that typically participate in the district's programming in-person stuck home, a move is being made to bring the activities to the children.

Starting Monday, May 4, kids can take part in the Northbrook Park District's virtual programming lineup with Connect 2 Play. The variety of classes cover many interests and activities. The complete lineup is available online. Organizers are advising parents to register early as space is limited.

The activities include: athletics, general interest, interactive events, senior event, skating and performing arts.

These are online, virtual programs; a Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants at least 24 hours prior to program start time.
