Park Graffiti; Cyberattack Reported At Northbrook Business: Blotter
Four separate graffiti incidents were found at one park; a company reported lost data from a cyberattack: Northbrook Police Blotter.

NORTHBROOK, IL — The following information comes from the Northbrook Police Department and court records as a record of incidents reported to police and those arrested on criminal charges, which represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Everyone arrested is presumed to be innocent unless found guilty in court beyond a reasonable doubt.
ARRESTS
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Julian W. Deleon, of the 500 block of Shelly Court, Wheeling, is accused of driving under the influence, no insurance, and was arrested at 12:14 a.m. April 9, at Dundee and Huehl roads. They were released after posting $3,000 bond and were assigned a court date of May 19.
- Anjelika Accardi, of the 2000 block of Beechnut Road, Northbrook, is accused of driving under the influence, speeding, resisting arrest, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane usage, improper registration, no front license plate, no rear bumper, and was arrested at 12:17 a.m. April 9, in the 2000 block of Beechnut Road. They were released after posting a $3,000 bond and were assigned a court date of April 29.
- Anthony T. Pallamara, of the 0-10 block of Falkirk, Hawthorn Woods, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding 35+mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 4:42 a.m. April 10, at Pfingsten and Maria roads. They were released after posting a $3,000 bond and were assigned a court date of April 26.

Julian A. Williams, of the 2100 block of Lorraine Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of unlawful use of electronic communication device, driving while license suspended, and was arrested at 9:59 a.m. April 11, in the 600 block of Dundee Road. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond and was assigned a court date of April 29.
RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE

Officers were notified of a stolen vehicle from a license plate reader at Skokie Boulevard and Lake Cook Road. Officers located the vehicle and the following arrests were made at 1:24 p.m. April 12:
- Nancy Rodriguez, of the 900 block of Waukegan, is accused of criminal trespass to a vehicle. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond and was assigned a court date of May 3.
- Jose J. Garcia, of the 900 block of Belvidere Road, Waukegan, is accused of criminal trespass to a vehicle. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond and was assigned a court date of May 3.
- Francisco Gabriel Cruz-Herrera, of the 900 block of Belvidere Road, Waukegan, is accused of criminal trespass to a vehicle. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond and was assigned a court date of May 3.

THEFT
A person in the 1400 block of Shermer Road reported at 7:29 p.m. April 9, a sign was taken off the side of the building.
TRESPASS TO VEHICLE
- A person called police at 10:09 p.m. April 9, to report someone entered their unlocked car without permission in the 1300 block of Church Street.
- A person in the 1300 bock of Church Street reported at 10:14 a.m. April 10, someone entered their unlocked vehicle without permission.
CRIMINAL DEFACEMENT
A person in the 1700 block of Techny Road reported at 12:12 p.m. April 11, that someone drew graffiti on four separate areas of the park.
COMPUTER FRAUD
An employee of a business in the 400 block of Academy Drive called police to report the company suffered a cyberattack between Feb. 27 and Feb. 28 that resulted in the loss of data.
FORGERY
- A Shermer Road resident reported at 10:49 a.m. April 12, someone fraudulently created a check using the complainant’s information.
- An Academy Drive resident called police at 10:36 a.m. April 13, to report someone created and cashed a fake check with the complainant’s information.
RETAIL THEFT
An employee of a business in the 700 block of Skokie Boulevard called police at 8:05 a.m. April 8, to report two people concealed bottles of liquor and exited the store.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE
- A person reported at 8:17 a.m. April 14, someone removed the rear license plate from his vehicle at Greenwood and Dundee roads.
- A person at Lifetime Fitness, 1100 block of Skokie Boulevard, called police at 12:20 a.m. p.m. April 14, to report someone removed the catalytic converter from his vehicle.
BURGLARY TO VEHICLE
A customer at Mariano's, 700 block of Skokie Boulevard, reported at 1:44 p.m. April 14, someone entered and removed her purse from her vehicle while she was returning her shopping cart.
