Pine Tree Realty Promotes 4

The Northbrook-based company made the announcement on Wednesday.

Northbrook-based Pine Tree Commercial Realty, LLC announced Wednesday the promotion of four team members.

Erin Bremen has been promoted to the Senior Vice President, Asset Management & Due Diligence. She will lead all underwriting, due diligence, financing and closing efforts on new acquisitions as well as overseeing asset management of Pine Tree’s portfolio.

Ryan Montes has been promoted to Vice President, Asset Management & Due Diligence and will continue to work with Bremen in all due diligence and underwriting efforts in addition to leading quarterly asset management meetings with investors and overseeing property business plan execution.

Jennifer Costa was promoted to Vice President, Property Management and will continue to manage property operations, expense reconciliations, budgets, and financial management reports for some of Pine Tree’s property portfolio nationwide, in addition to handling property lease compliance.

Graham Grochocinsk was promoted to Vice President, Brand, Creative & Omnichannel Marketing, from Omnichannel Marketing/Creative Director. In addition to managing Pine Tree’s brand and creative strategy, Grochocinski will continue to oversee the company’s property-level marketing efforts focusing on tenant relations, social media, event management, customer experience, and omni channel marketing technology integration.
