DUI
On July 23, Martin Simonsen (60) was arrested on Pfingsten Road for driving under the influence after police saw him commit a traffic violation, police said. Simonsen was released after posting bond and has a scheduled court date on Aug. 19.

THEFT
An employee of Citgo Gas Station on Dundee Road reported theft at the gas station on July 23, police said. The Coke machine’s handles outside the store had been pulled off and several Red Bull and soft drinks were stolen.

SUSPENDED DRIVER
On July 24, Police responded to an accident on Lake Cook Road and Revere Drive and arrested Keith Larson (54) for driving with a suspended license and speeding to avoid an accident, police said. Larson was released after posting bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 16.
CHILD NEGLECT
Allyson Poll (40) was charged with endangering the life of a child on July 24, police said. Poll called the police when she realized she accidentally left the child in a closed vehicle for about 45 minutes while she was in a store in the 2700 block Dundee Rd. Poll was released after she posted bond and will appear in court Aug. 11.
THEFT
Johnathan Johnson (27) was arrested for retail theft on July 24 in the 2800 block of Dundee Rd., police said. The store manager reported that there was a loss of inventory and income for several months. An investigation led to discovery that Johnson had been under-ringing merchandise on sales to customers multiple times. Johnson was released after he posted bond and will appear in court Aug. 11.
YOUTH’S DRINKING
On July 26, officers received a call for an under-age party in the 1800 block of Thornwood and arrested Daniel Russell (19), police said. Russell was issued a local ordinance citation and will appear in court Sept. 9.
FORGERY
On July 27, Charon Daley-Seaton (25) was arrested for forgery after she used 35 American Express Travelers checks to purchase $3,402.25 of purses at Louis Vuitton on Lake Cook Road, police said. Daley-Seaton surrendered herself at the police station with an attorney and was later transported to Skokie Bond court. She will appear in court Aug. 18.
REVOKED DRIVERS LICENSE
Sung Kook Cho (37) was arrested on July 28 after officers realized he was driving with a revoked Illinois driver’s license and multiple outstanding warrants from other jurisdictions, police said. Police discovered Cho was stopped by the police after he committed a traffic violation. He was transported to Skokie Bond Court and has a scheduled court date on Aug. 11.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE
A victim reported that her silver 2010 Hyundai was keyed with a sharp object while it was parked in the parking lot in the 2300 block of Shermer Rd, police said.
