Police Release Photos of Suspect in Murder of Northbrook Lawyer
Investigation continues into the December death of Jigar Patel, a lawyer who was found inside his Northbrook office.
NORTHBROOK, IL - Northbrook police have released photos of a "person of interest" in the December murder of an attorney at his office in downtown Northbrook.
Police found Jigar K. Patel, 36, deceased in his office in the 1300 block of Shermer Road around 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 7 after responding to a well-being check. The Cook County Medical Examiner ruled the death of Patel as a homicide.
Police continue to investigate the incident, which they believe is isolated and was the result of a targeted attack against Patel.

The photos released to the public on Wednesday show the suspect entering and exiting the office on the day of the murder.
