Lew Blond Run Registration Is Open for Race to Be Held on May 21!

As the snow begins to melt, and we start anticipating some warmer weather coming, we also prepare for one of Northbrook/Glenview School District 30’s most meaningful and community-centered traditions of the Lew Blond Run fundraiser. Proceeds benefit ALS research through the Les Turner ALS Foundation, scholarships at the Glenbrook High Schools, and special District 30 projects.

District 30 has collaborated with the Lew Blond non-profit organization to host a 5K and 1 mile run for the past 20 years, and now we also are offering a 50-yard dash (The Little Lew) for participants 6 years old and younger. Come out and support the event by volunteering and/or participating if you can. While typically hosted at Maple School, local road construction has moved this year’s race to Wescott School, 1820 Western Ave., Northbrook.
