Tools Stolen From Skokie Hwy. Business: Police
Car window reported smashed on Willow Road.

The following information is from the Northbrook Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Zachary Adam Sostock, 25, 1039 Marshall was charged with disorderly conduct at 4:43 p.m. January 1 at his residence. The complainant reported that the defendant had the headlights from his vehicle shining into their home for two hours. Officers observed the vehicle backed into the defendant’s driveway with the defendant sitting in it while the headlights were on. The defendant told the officer that he did not know his headlights were on. Officers issued the citation because there is a current court order prohibiting the defendant from this action.

BURGLARY
The complainant reported at 1:44 p.m. on January 3 in the 200 block of Skokie Hwy. that when he arrived at work in the morning he found a door to the north side storage area to be closed but unlocked. Once inside he found a motor and two large toolboxes missing. The toolboxes contained approximately $10,000 worth of various tools. Detectives are investigating.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED
Jesse Rogers, 45, 1451 Hemlock Knoll was stopped at Willow and Landwehr roads at 8:47 p.m. January 2 and cited for driving while license suspended and having an expired registration sticker. Officers stopped the defendant’s vehicle for expired registration and learned that the defendants Illinois driver’s license was suspended.
EXPIRED REGISTRATION
James E. Schlesinger, 23, Chicago was stopped in the 2500 block of Founders at 6:47 p.m. January 4 and charged with having an expired registration, no proof of insurance and driving while license suspended.
BURGLARY
A victim reported at 7:43 p.m. on January 5 in the 2600 block of Greenwood Rd. that he discovered the front door of his residence forced open. It appeared that the offenders checked all the rooms in the residence. The initial report from the victim of items stolen from the residence include some purses, jewelry, coins and currency.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO VEHICLE
A victim in the 800 block of Willow Rd. at 6:17 p.m. January 6 related he parked his vehicle in the employee lot at 10 a.m. He returned to his vehicle at 6 p.m. and found the rear window smashed. There is no estimate at this time on the cost to repair the window.
THEFT
Nicholas V. Annerino, 19, 2101 Madison Cir. was arrested on a theft charge on January 3. He was charged with theft after he removed and attempted to sell personal property that belonged to another family member.
