Wisconsin Teens Found With Booze, Pot in Northbrook

Police in Northbrook issued citations to two teenagers from Kenosha, Wisc. during the early morning hours last Friday.

According to a police report, officers observed an occupied vehicle in the back parking lot of a business in the 800 block of Waukegan Road around 12:34 a.m. on October 30 and detected an odor of alcohol and observed “crumbs of cannabis” on the driver’s lap and shirt.

They later located an open vodka bottle and a six-pack of beer on the passenger side floor.

A 19-year-old boy in the driver’s seat and an 18-year-old girl in the passenger seat were cited in the incident.
