Woman Tried To Buy $3K Worth of Items With Credit Card Another Lost at O'Hare: Cops
A store clerk on Lake Cook Road did not believe the woman's ID matched the credit card.

A Chicago woman faces a trio of charges in relation to an accusation she tried to use someone else’s credit card to pay for more than $3,000 of items from a Northbrook business.
According to police, Raven A. Osborn, 29, was arrested at 6:47 p.m. on May 30 at the business in the 1500 block of Lake Cook Road and charged with aggravated identity theft, theft by deception and forgery. She is said to have attempted to purchase $3,021 in merchandise using a fraudulent credit card.
Osborn allegedly presented identification and the credit card to the store clerk, who did not believe the match. Officers contacted the actual cardholder, who reported that their luggage which contained some personal identification, had been lost while travelling through O’Hare International Airport a few days prior.
