Woman Witnesses Family Car Being Stolen From Residence
The incident took place during the early morning hours on Thursday.

A woman witnessed her family vehicle being stolen around 1:30 a.m. on July 16, according to a Northbrook police report.
The victim told police she observed the exterior motion sensor light activate outside her residence in the 2400 block of Pfingsten Rd. before she saw the vehicle, a 2002 Mazda, being driven from the driveway by the offenders.
The car was later located in the 2400 block of Newport. It was unoccupied.
