“Meet the Midwife & Meet the Doula” Event

Come meet the only Midwife in Lake County with hospital privileges! Please join Chanelle Nsangou, MSN, CNM, IBCLC, a Certified Nurse Midwife and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Doula Tunisia Macklin, LMT, NCTM, CD (DONA) for a relaxed meet and greet to learn:

• What is a Midwife?
• What is a Doula?
• How are they different?
• What services do they offer women?
• What is their role during labor & delivery?
• What is their position on pain management?
• What is their role in the transition to parenthood?
• How are they different from an MD?

All families are welcome regardless of race, sexuality, gender, family structure, class, country of origin, religion, age and/or ability. Refreshments will be served.
