3 Men Sought In Albany Park Sex Assault: Cops

The suspects allegedly attacked a 26-year-old woman Saturday as she walked on North Moticello Avenue.

CHICAGO, IL — Investigators are searching for three men who sexually assaulted a 26-year-old woman Saturday in the Albany Park neighborhood, according to Chicago police.

At about 12:10 a.m. Saturday, April 1, the victim was walking south in the 4600 block of North Monticello Avenue when three men came up behind her and threw her to the ground, police said. Two of the attackers held her down as the third sexually assaulted her.

The three men then took the woman's property and fled north on Monticello toward Lawrence Avenue.

Details about the condition of the victim after the attack were not released by police.

  • Suspect No. 1: a 26- to 30-year-old black man, about 6-feet tall, around 200 pounds, with a tattoo of possibly a dagger by his right eye. He wore a black hoodie and black jeans.
  • Suspect No. 2: a 30- to 40-year-old black man, about 6-feet-2 to 6-feet-3 and around 170 to 200 pounds. He wore a black hoodie and black sweatpants.
  • Suspect No. 3: a 26- to 30-year-old black man, about 6-feet-2 to 6-feet-3 and around 170 to 200 pounds. He wore a black hoodie and black sweatpants.
