On March 23rd the Literacy Volunteers of Illinois and the UIC Center for Literacy will present their 22nd annual On the Road to Literacy Conference from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 1040 West Harrison St. in Chicago. Over 20 workshops throughout the day will explore strategies, techniques and
materials for adult literacy tutors, students and program staff. It will also be a space to collaborate on the most effective and innovative methods to fight low literacy rates in Illinois. For more information and to register please
