In Celebration of Olive Oil from Spain's Chicago Taste of Spain Week, Chicagoans are invited to Vermilion on Nov. 7 to sample a special 3 course olive oil-inspired dinner, where olive oil expert Alfonso J. Fernandez will share tips on how cooking with different olive oil varietals, such as Hojiblanca or Arbequina, can infuse distinct, vibrant tastes into any meal.
