Free Shakespeare in Welles Park This Weekend
Grab your family, some lawn chairs and a whole lot of laughs for tonight's Shakespeare in the Parks. "The Comedy of Errors" is coming to Welles Park!

Tonight, the Chicago Shakespeare in the Parks program brings "The Comedy of Errors" to Welles Park for a family-friendly performance of William Shakespeare's classic.
The professional acting troupe will be touring 18 different park this summer for 26 performances of the show, straight from a specially-equipped truck with a stage and acting company.
The show begins at 6:30 p.m. at 2333 W. Sunnyside Ave., with a second showing on Saturday also at 6:30 p.m., before the troupe moves on to Washington Park.
Following last year's inaugural Chicago Shakespeare in the Parks program, this year's show is an adaptation of the classic about a twin and his servant (who is also a twin) setting off in search of their respective twins and causing much mayhem and mischief for the confusion that ensues.
