Friends
of Chicago Animal Care and Control (FCACC) is hosting a “Happy
Howlidays Boutique” featuring high fashion dog and cat accessories and
toys, photos with Santa (until 3 p.m.) and raffle prizes that include
dinner at Lawry’s The Prime Rib Bar and an espresso machine. The
boutique is Saturday and Sunday December 14 and 15 from noon – 5 p.m.
Refreshments for pets and attendees will be served.
Special
guest WGN Radio host, columnist and pet expert, Steve Dale, will be on
hand from noon until 2 p.m. on Saturday to answer dog and cat behavior
questions and discuss the new book “Decoding Your Dog” which he’s guest
edited for the American College of Veterinary Behavior.
The
boutique will be located at Chicago Animal Care and Control, 2741 S.
Western Avenue, which is full of adoptable cats and dogs.
