Man Sexually Abused 15-Year-Old Girl In North Center: Police
Police have released surveillance images of a man who allegedly offered a teen money for sex, touched her and exposed himself.

CHICAGO, IL — Police have issued a community alert after a teenage girl reported sexual abuse in North Center. Police said the man sat next to the girl at a restaurant in the 2600 block of West Addison Street. The incident happened Wednesday around 7 a.m., according to the alert.
Police said the man offered the girl money for sex and touched her inappropriately. The suspect then allegedly exposed himself to her and ordered her to touch him, according to the community alert. Police said the girl was able to get away.
The man is described as Hispanic, 23 to 30 years old, 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-9 and between 170 and 195 pounds. He was wearing a black skull cap, a blue jacket, a purple shirt, dark pants and black gym shoes with white trim, police said.
