Murder Suspect Wanted for Shooting Wife, Police Say

Two suspects are on the Chicago Police Department's most wanted list for North Center.
The 19th District, which covers the area south of Lawrence Avenue, regularly maintains the list and updates it as suspects are apprehended.
Richard L. Richmond, 50, is wanted on suspicion of shooting his wife with a handgun. Police said he entered the apartment of his estranged wife in violation of a restraining order and shot her in the face.

Richmond is described as a black male, about 5 feet, 6 inches and 160 pounds.
