Woman Grazed By Bullet On Northwest Side

A bullet grazed a woman's hand Wednesday on West Addison, police said.

CHICAGO, IL — A woman was grazed by a bullet Wednesday on Chicago's Northwest Side, police said. The woman, 19, was hit in the hand while getting into a vehicle in the 3700 block of West Addison. Police said the shot was fired just before 1 a.m.

The woman was taken to Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in good condition, police said.

No one was in custody as of Thursday morning and an investigation was underway.
