Employees At Oak Brook Hotels Win IHLA Awards

Brad Ott, Kerry Murtaugh and Oscar Satin won awards in different categories from the Illinois Hotel & Lodging Association.

OAK BROOK, IL - Three employees at Oak Brook hotels were recently announced as winners in different categories in the Illinois Hotel & Lodging Association’s Stars of the Industry Awards.

Brad Ott from the Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center won the Suburban Department/Division Head of the Year award.

Kerry Murtaugh from the Hyatt Lodge at McDonald’s Campus won the Suburban Manager of the Year award.

Oscar Satin from The Drake Hotel Oak Brook won the Suburban First-Level Supervisor of the Year – Front of the House award.

The winners will be recognized at the IHLA's State Stars of the Industry & Membership Holiday Luncheon on Dec. 14 at the Embassy Suites Chicago Downtown Mag Mile. That's where they will compete with winners from the City of Chicago and Central Illinois regions for state awards.
