Hoist a Stein during Oktoberfest at Brook's Kitchen & Tap!

Brook's Kitchen & Tap brings traditional German fare and Oktoberfest style beers to Oakbrook Terrace for two week celebration!

Brook's Kitchen & Tap is bringing German culture and food to the Chicagoland suburbs with itsfirst inaugural Oktoberfest menu available Friday, September 20th through Saturday, October 5th.

Brook's is expanding its nod to the German tradition by making its Oktoberfest menu available for over two weeks’ time. Despite the common assumption that Oktoberfest is meant to be in October, traditionally, Oktoberfest celebrations have started the third week in September and ended the first week in October.

Along with returning to the traditional timeframe of the original German celebration, Brook's is presenting a unique, authentic German-inspired food menu for the duration of the celebration. This year’s menu items will include: Käsespätzle (German Mac N’ Cheese: spätzle, German cheeses, crispy onions), Bavarian Bier Bratwurst (beer braised bratwurst, caramelized onion, sauerkraut, German mustard, brat roll, potato crisps), Schweinschnitzel (crispy pork cutlet, buttered spätzle, German cucumber-dill relish, demi), Apfelstrude (German apple strudel with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce), and more.
