1 Dead, Another Charged With DUI In Crash At 159th And Cicero
A 44-year-old Oak Forest man faces a reckless homicide charge in connection with a crash that killed a man at 159th and Cicero Friday night.

OAK FOREST, IL — One person was killed and several others injured in a Friday night crash at 159th and Cicero in Oak Forest that involved at least three cars and police arresting one driver for driving under the influence.
Oak Forest Police Chief Tim Kristin said police officers responded to the scene around 8:30 p.m. that night and found one driver — Dominic L. Bellamy-Palma, 46 — of Manhattan unresponsive. Bellamy-Palma was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn and was pronounced dead.
Seven other people were taken to local hospitals with various injuries. Their conditions weren't known as of Monday morning.

One of the seven — Robert Aguilar Jr., 44, of Oak Forest — was charged with aggravated driving under the influence resulting in death and reckless homicide. He appeared in Bridgeview bond court on Monday. Read more here.
Before the crash in Oak Forest, Aguilar's car struck another car in Midlothian and fled the scene before police were called according to Midlothian Deputy Police Chief Lawrence Rafferty. Raffery said Midlothian police did not chase Aguilar's car at any time, however.

A witness who was on the scene said at least three cars were involved in the crash that occurred on the north side of the intersection at 159th and Cicero.
