4 Students Receive Oak Forest Rotary Club Scholarships

OAK FOREST, IL - The Oak Forest Rotary Club recognized four high school students this month as the recipients of their 2017 Oak Forest Rotary Service Above Self Scholarship winners. The recipients are Danielle Murawski and Alejandro Rivas of Oak Forest High School, David O'Neil of Marist High School and Robert Regan of Carl Sandburg High School.

The four winners will all receive a $1,000 scholarship. They will be presented with the scholarship at the Rotary Club's May 30 meeting at the Midlothian Country Club.

"All of our applicants were amazing examples of Service Above Self for the leadership and selflessness they display in their schools, family, and community," the Rotary Club wrote in a post on Facebook.
