5 Men Corner Woman, Invade Oak Forest Home: Police
Two of the men were armed. Oak Forest police are investigating.
Oak Forest police are investigating a report that five men confronted a woman in front of her home Wednesday, before forcing her inside and sifting through her belongings.
Two of the men were armed with handguns when they approached the woman around 9 p.m. near her home in the 15000 block of South Jones Court. It’s not clear if the men took anything from the home.
Authorities do not know if the woman was targeted for a specific reason. The woman was unable to provide police with a description of the suspects.
