Twin Babies, 17-Year-Old Mom Missing: Police

DOLTON, IL — Authorities are seeking the public’s help to find a 17-year-old mother and her twin baby boys.

Zarreya A. Atkinson and her one-month-old sons, Jaylen and Jayden Atkinson, were last seen around 2 a.m. Sunday at Shepard Drive and 146th Street in Dolton, according to an endangered missing person advisory issued by state police at the request of Dolton authorities.

All three have a condition that places them in danger, state police said.

Zarreya is 5 feet, 10 inches tall; weighs 125 pounds; and has black hair and brown eyes, according to police, who said the twins are each 19 inches long, weigh 5 pounds, have black hair and brown eyes, and are both wearing a gray and blue sleeper.
