• Neuqua Valley badminton sweeps sectional championship (nctv17.org) — Oak Forest badminton standout Abby Rios is heading to state after competing in the sectional singles bracket against Plainfield North’s Sahasra Vempati, fighting for better seeding. The Neuqua Valley–hosted tournament saw dominant performances from Wildcats players, but also highlighted strong showings from Oak Forest and other area schools as they punched their tickets to the state tournament.
