Oak Forest Completes Clean Sweep

OAK FOREST, IL — What a day at Ron Kaleta Field! The stands were packed, the Raider faithful were fired up, and the Raiderette cheerleaders brought the noise as the Oak Forest Raiders put together a clean sweep across all four scored games.

VARSITY — 38-0

The Varsity Raiders came out firing, dominating from start to finish with a 38-0 shutout. The defense was relentless, while the offense continued to find ways to put points on the board.

JV — 19-13

The JV Raiders battled through a competitive game and came away with a hard-fought 19-13 victory. When it mattered most, the Raiders made the plays necessary to secure the win.

PEE WEES — 14-0

The Defending Super Bowl Champion Pee Wees continued to show why they are a team to watch, pitching a 14-0 shutout behind a strong defensive performance and timely offense.

😤 WIDGETS — 28-27

Talk about a thriller!

The Widgets pulled off a dramatic 28-27 victory, finishing the game with a safety and a string of huge defensive stops to preserve the win. It was a true team effort and a finish the players, coaches and fans won't soon forget.

And we can't forget about the Mighty Mites!

While the Mighty Mites don't officially keep score at this level, they certainly looked like winners at Ron Kaleta Field. The young Raiders found the end zone plenty of times and showed a ton of energy, toughness and potential.

With the youngest Raiders showing out and every other level coming away victorious, it was a perfect day for Oak Forest football.

The crowd was packed, the cheerleaders were loud, and the Raiders gave everyone plenty to cheer about.

Did you visit the concession stand? Lines were up to the creek waiting for a juicy cheeseburger, chili or chicken strips. Many YouTube and Tik Tok influencers have been at Raiders concessions and giving out really good reviews.
