• Registration Open Now For Gaelic Park's Carraig Challenge 5K Run, 1.5-Mile Walk (patch.com) — Oak Forest's Gaelic Park is inviting runners and walkers to sign up now for its annual Carraig Challenge 5K run and 1.5‑mile walk, with the event set for Sunday, Nov. 29. Participants receive a sweatshirt, drink ticket, and post‑race food, while proceeds support Gaelic Park Charities' work across the Chicago area. Early registration by Nov. 15 helps guarantee preferred sweatshirt sizes.
