Arbor Park School District #145 Kindergarten Registration

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION for ARBOR PARK SCHOOL DISTRICT #145 Arbor Park School District 145 will be registering kindergarten aged children who will be five years old on or before September 1, 2015 and live within the district boundaries. Registration will take place at the Kimberly Heights School, 6141 Kimberly Drive, Tinley Park, IL 60477. Friday, February 27th - 8:00AM – 4:00PM Parents who cannot register their children on the scheduled date will have an opportunity to do so at a later time. Please visit the district website for further information in the spring. At this time, all new students to the district and parents on affidavit are required to present: • ORIGINAL/CERTIFIED birth certificate of student (no copies) • Proof of residency (please visit www.arbor145.org for requirements) • Two emergency numbers other than your own • Registration Fee The State of Illinois requires a current physical, dental and eye exam by the first day of Kindergarten. Forms will be available at registration. PTO will offer you the opportunity of purchasing a school kit which will meet the requirements of the Kindergarten supply list. We also encourage you to join the PTO. All of the money collected from the PTO membership is returned to the building for programs and activities for the students. A PTO family membership is $10.00. Kimberly Heights Kindergarten school hours are currently 8:30am to 1:30pm. All students will be bussed from and to their home bus stop unless a special transportation form is filled out at registration.
