Arrest Made In Shots Fired That Injured 2: Midlothian PD

Midlothian police have arrested the person who they believe responsible in a shooting that wounded two at 146th and Karlov.

MIDLOTHIAN, IL — Midlothian Police have arrested a suspect in an Oct. 2 shots fired incident that injured two people.

Police have arrested Kajuan Riley-Bourgouis, 19, who they believe was responsible for shots fired that sent two to the hospital earlier this month at 146th and Karlov Avenue. He was taken into custody Oct. 12, police announced via social media.

Police issued a warrant for Riley-Bourgouis' arrest on Oct. 4.

Riley-Bourgouis has been charged with aggravated battery with a firearm (Class X Felony), reckless discharge of a firearm (Class 2 Felony), and robbery (Class 4 Felony).
