Boys Basketball: Bremen Buzzer-Beater Sinks Oak Forest

Bremen 56, Oak Forest 54. Quadriquez Williams fed Sherman Carter with a bounce pass and Carter scored as time expired to boost the Braves on Wednesday night in Oak Forest.

The Hot Read: Breman's Sherman Carter led all scorers with 23 points in the Braves' 56-54 victory over Oak Forest on Wednesday night. He scored 16 in the second half. Scott Korosic nailed six three-pointers and led the Bengals with a team-high 18 points. He made four 3s in the first quarter. The game was tight throughout the second half, but at the end the Braves got too many second and third chances.
