On Wednesday, August 31 the Bremen District 228 Television team was honored by the Chicago Cubs for their award winning public service announcement Uptown CPR! Students were brought onto Wrigley Field and announced as the PSA was broadcasted to a crowd of 39,000 fans before the Cubs took on the Pittsburgh Pirates.

The BDTV public service announcement teaches how to execute hands only CPR with a memorable musical twist. Bremen District 228 Television is part of the Communication Arts & Technology program taught by Mr. Michael Lynch at Bremen High School.
