Bremen High School is proud to announce that over 550 students had perfect attendance for the month of December as students were encouraged to participate in an Attendance Challenge! Assistant Principal for Teaching and Learning, Mr. Matt Meany said, “It was amazing to see that over 550 students did not miss one day of school for the month! The challenge was a motivator to quite a few students that have missed classes in the past. I am proud of our students who made it a goal to get here every day!” At the third quarter honors assembly Principal Dr. Kibelkis announced the winners of the challenge. The freshmen Class of 2020 had the best attendance earning them an all-class pizza party, which will take place in April. Dr. Kibelkis also raffled off seven $10 iTunes gift, two smart watches, and one $500 Apple gift card; all 550 students that had perfect attendance were given a raffle ticket. Bremen’s next attendance challenge is taking place now (March 7) through April 4.
