Bremen High School is proud to announce the 2016 Varsity Cheerleading Team has advanced to the 2016 Illinois High School Association (IHSA) State Final Competition! The team placed 5th overall at the South Suburban Cheerleading Sectional last Saturday, landing them a spot in the top 25 teams in the State of Illinois! “We have had a challenging season, but our girls came together and fought hard to make it out of their sectional! Fifth place feels like first place to us and we are excited to be IHSA State Qualifiers for the second year in a row,” exclaimed Varsity Coach Mrs. Melissa Matlon. The Bremen Cheerleaders will perform at U.S. Cellular Coliseum on February 5, 2016 in Bloomington, Illinois.
