Bremen HS Cheerleaders Donate to Neighborhood Toy Drive

Village of Midlothian's Toy Drive is the recipient of donation of new toys

On December 12, the Bremen High School Cheerleading program donated over 30 new toys to the Village of Midlothian’s Toy Drive. The Midlothian Toy Drive was organized through their Neighborhood Watch Group. The group identified 35 families in need (through the help of Together We Cope of Tinley Park). Within these 35 families, 82 children were identified.

“One of our goals this year was to work on community outreach, volunteering, and giving back to others. When we heard of this program I knew it would be well received by my cheerleaders. I am so proud of them and their efforts to give back to children in need this holiday season,” said Head Cheerleading Coach Ms. Melissa Matlon.
