Bremen HS Child Care II Class Hosts Preschool Open House

Bremen HS preparing for second semester preschool program

Bremen High School’s Family and Consumer Science Teacher Ms. Kim Flannigan is preparing for yet another successful community preschool program this year. The preschool program is run by Ms. Flannigan and the Child Care 2 students.

Mrs. Flannigan and the BHS Child Care II class recently hosted an open house for the incoming preschoolers and their parents; the event was a huge success! “The students, both preschool and high school, were so excited and so engaged, I’m really looking forward to another great year!” said Ms. Flannigan.

The program runs from October through early May and takes place three days a week for two hours a day. The program costs two hundred dollars for the semester. Students learn in an environment that includes planned lessons that foster physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development and also include a healthy snack each day.
