Bremen HS EXCEL Program Hosts Open House
Open house lets families go through "a day in the life of their children"

Bremen High School is the proud home to the Bremen District 228 special education functional skills program, EXCEL. This month the EXCEL staff hosted an open house for the families who have children in the program. The open house informed families about the program, curriculums, and over all mission “to develop functional academic skills, cultivate vocational skills, independent living skills, and improve social communication skills.” It also allowed the families to go through “a day in the life of their children.”
Junior EXCEL student Jade Jenkins was asked, “What do you like about EXCEL?” she proudly exclaimed, “Everything!”
