The Bremen Braves' F/S Girls' Bowling team captured the Championship title at the Conference tournament held at Oak Forest Bowl. This is the second year in a row and the fifth time out of the last six seasons that the team won Conference! The team averaged a solid 739 throughout the tournament. Standout bowlers were: Melissa Bergstrom, Iyana Oliviel, and Timya Siemplinski, all finishing in the top 10, making them 2016 All-Conference Athletes! "The girls worked really hard all year to accomplish this win. Most of the girls had never bowled before and to become as good as they did in a short period of time was amazing!" said Coach Flood. Coach Bill Flood, Sairol Tierrablanca, Iyana Oliviel, Kassidy DeVries, Melissa Bergstrom, Jackeline Plascencia, Timya Siemplinkski, Abby Antoniazzi, and Coach Kevin Walsh.
