Bremen HS Senior is a Finalist for Carthage College Scholarship
Abby Ferguson in the running for Modern Language Scholarship
Bremen High School is proud to announce one of its seniors, Abby Ferguson, is one of two finalists left in the running for the Carthage College Modern Language Scholarship! The scholarship is awarded to two incoming freshmen who are majoring in French.
The scholarship covers $25,000 per year. After the first initial year, the scholarship may be renewed for three consecutive years as long as the awardee maintains a 3.0 cumulative grade point average at Carthage College.
“Abby, or Renee as I call her in French class, is an incredibly talented and motivated student! Watching her grow these past three years has been such a joy! I am so proud of her and all that she has accomplished, and I have great faith in her abilities!” said Bremen French teacher Mrs. Amanda Chelepis.
