Bremen HS Students Attend Silent Film Festival
The festival was held at the Sanfilippo Estate in Barrington
Bremen High School’s Communication Arts & Technology students participated in a Silent Film Festival at the Sanfilippo Estate in Barrington, IL. Films were scored by professional musician Derek Berg. Students attending the event, including Dorcas Adekale, Shaina Spinks, Naeem Frausto, Ariana Lopez, Jackie Diaz, Diego Ramirez, Abraham Vazquez and Markoyae Cross toured the estate which houses an incredible theater organ. "It was unlike anything I've ever been to or seen because it had so many instruments, it was beautiful! I am so glad I was able to attend this unique opportunity!" said Bremen High School senior Ariana Lopez. The film will be available at www.bdtv228.net in the near future. Communication Arts & Technology is a program open to all students in District 228 and is taught by Mr. Michael Lynch at Bremen High School.
