Bremen HS Students Partner with LifeSource for Blood Drive

Over 150 students donated blood for the fall blood drive

Bremen High School is proud to announce that over 150 students donated blood this past week! Partnering with Lifesource, the area's largest blood bank service, the Key Club of Bremen High School has donated over $30,000 to various community causes and scholarships. Key Club is an international student-led organization that provides its members with opportunities to serve the community, build character and develop leadership skills. “I am so proud of our school and community for giving back in order to save so many lives; it makes me proud to be a Brave,” said Key Club Sponsor Mr. Jeff Dyke. To find out more about Bremen High School’s Key Club contact Bremen Key Club Sponsor Mr. Jeff Dyke at JDyke@bhsd228.com.

Blood donors are entered into a raffle, and one lucky winner is awarded a $100 bill. Pictured is Senior Abel Oliva, the happy winner of the Bremen HS fall blood drive along with Bremen HS Key Club sponsor Mr. Jeff Dyke.
