Bremen HS Students Visit Benedictine University
Bremen High School counselors have been organizing several campus visits this school year
In an effort to expose more students to college opportunities, the Bremen High School counselors have been organizing several campus visits this school year. The most recent visit was to Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois. On March 8 Counselors Mr. Flood and Ms. Rochkus, and Project Manager Ms. Witting accompanied 29 Bremen High School upperclassmen on the college visit. The students took part in a presentation from a Benedictine college recruiter and had a question and answer session with two current college students. The BHS students were then led on a tour around the campus where they viewed college dorms, academic centers, athletics stadiums and social activity buildings. The day culminated with a lunch buffet in the cafeteria with current students. For more information on upcoming college visits, contact BHS Student Services Counselor Mr. William Flood at wflood@bhsd228.com.
